The only quick ranking I could find was Kiper's and he has him listed at 22. Unless something drastic happens, for a franchise in need of a QB for as long as the Redskins, that's a dicey call to make on McCoy if it comes true.

As far as you saying he's not a big name or sexy pick, he's probably going to win the Heisman. It doesn't get any 'sexier' than that.

You can throw out the Kiper and draft projection stuff when it comes to Snyder. He likes big names and the Skins need a QB.

Believe me, I don't want him. Heck, I think drafting QBs in the top-10 is stupid as a rule.

Doesn't he have off-field issues as well?

Now Boldin finds the end zone. After I trade him away of course.

Yeah, you certainly know more about that situation than I do, I was just surprised to hear that was a possibility being talked about. I haven't paid much attention to the draft class, but I thought I was hearing the momentum shift McCoy towards the bottom (or out of) the 1st round instead of a pretty high pick.

I don't know what's being talked about, but it just seems like the kind of move that Snyder, with his fantasy football approach and what is an obvious position need, would naturally make.

The worst part about Snyder is his youth. At least Al Davis will be dead soon. Snyder will be around for a longggg time.

Yeah, I'll probably be dead before he dies so I'm stuck with this crap.

If they could find an Orton type in free agency, I would far prefer that....and draft a stud offensive tackle high in the 1st round.

How come the Bengals(they joined the AFL in 1968) don't wear throw back jerseys and why do the Jets wear their throw-up jersey's too much?

No clue other than you probably couldn't talk Mike Brown into paying for them (if that's where the money comes from for those) and they probably don't want to look like the Browns again.

Re: 2009 NFL Regular Season Thread -- Week 11

They may not wear them because it isn't 50th anniversary for them. Have the Dolphins (also AFL expansion) worn throwbacks this year (although I don't think their unis/logo have really changed since then)?

The AFL 50th anniversary thing only involves the original 8 teams as far as I know. So the Bengals and Dolphins are not a part of it since they were not original AFL franchises.

The Bengals have already used up their 3 uniform designs that they can wear. Home Away and Alternate.

Speaking of Larry Johnson, isn't it hilarious when Shannon Sharpe calls him "Grandmama?" The NBA Larry Johnson was called that, what, 20 years ago?

Is there any post-game report on Big Ben?
