Since the Vikings have a bye week, the only game of interest too me is Cardinals/Bears. Not a big fan of bye weeks.

Yep. With Cleveland, St. Louis & Oakland on bye, the competitive level of the remaining games automatically goes up.

That's what I thought too, yet there is still only like 3 good games.

Baltimore at Cincinnati
Dallas at Philadelphia
San Diego at NY Giants
Pittsburgh at Denver

Only 4 hold any interest for me. Luckily, two of them are the Sun and Mon night games, and the other two will probably be televised in my market.

I remember before I had NFL Sunday Ticket ,I had the choice of watching the Lions game or the Browns game.

Miami vs New England, Arizona vs Chicago, and TEN vs SF (I'm a Titans fan so this game interests me) all are intriguing games too. FWIW, the Browns and Raiders play each other in week 16, so there will be massive amounts of suckage in that game.

I think that may be the NFL's best opportunity to have two quarterbacks (in the same game) finish the game with a 0.0 passer rating.

My Texans will take advantage of the Colts' depleted secondary and pull off the upset.

Has the NFL announced that the Cleveland-Detroit game will be moved to Sunday night so that the Lions and Browns fans have the opportunity to watch real pro football games that afternoon?

0.0 rating will be TV share

And hagler, one of the starting LB's, all 3 to IR. Plus hayden is out for a month, and anthony gonzalez, who was thought be coming back this week or next, is another month out. Injury bug strikes in bunches I guess.

Re: 2009 NFL Regular Season Thread -- Week 9

Wow, Tommy Harris ejected. What a moron.

If the Cards player is out for the game the Bears should be force to sit their player at the same position.
