Re: The Official MMA Thread - Part IV

I think Diego vs Karo is the oldest fight in the top 10 so far and that's not even 3 years ago.

That's what I meant shows what they fanboys wanted . I can think of many fights that were better.

Re: The Official MMA Thread - Part IV

I just got back from vacation today and haven't seen any of this outside the top 20 but I'm going to assume Griffin/Bonnar from TUF finale will be #1 given these picks so far.

and I assumed correctly

I really don't get what Goldberg and Rogan are crying about with that fight.

That shot on the ground looked worse than the one Hendo landed on the feet that sent him to the mat.

Yea, that was awesome.. And I love how he said he did it just to shut him up a little more.. Bisping talked so much smack and was so damn annoying and cocky as a coach on TUF.. I am sooooo glad Dan won and won like that!

Oh I know.. Me too.. He's dangerous as all get out..

Stupid question.. How do these guys gain so much weight in less then 24 hours? I know there is a science to it but in a short / simple way, how is it done? Alves weighed in at 170 yesterday and you know he's at least 185 - 190.. How do you gain 15-20 pounds in that amount of time?

Eat small meals consistently and drink a lot of fluids. Some guys get an IV after weigh ins.

Re: The Official MMA Thread - Part IV

GSP put on a freakin wrestling CLINIC!! Those last 5 minutes couldn't go fast enough.. So afraid Alves would land that one shot to put him out..

Re: The Official MMA Thread - Part IV

WTF? There has only been 3 fights shown so far and now the main event? That will be 4 total fights.. They usually have the main event as the last fight and then show an extra fight after if they have time.. Weird..
