My friend brought up last week the question about who the best American white basketball player was in the league. Sadly, running down the sparse list wasn't pretty. I think Dunleavy Jr. was the top. Maybe David Lee, or Mike Miller. Yikes.

What about Don MacLean?
Does Uwe Blab count? I remember he was the starting center for the Golden State Warriors at one point. I agree 100000% with Jack Haley. The guy sucked as a ballplayer and was such a fucking biased homer as a basketball analyst. I'm glad he's no longer the "Lakers Analyst" on FSN West. |
