A fan of neither, I would go with the Pats. I usually root for the AFC, unless its Tampa for the NFC ,and its not the Broncos. Plus, just cant find any reason to want the Eagles to win.

Heh, the "media blobs" said this 10-15 years ago, too. Couldn't have a dynasty, cuz there where a few teams that could buy wins and 1 couldn't be the overall dominate.

I am a huge Steelers fan, so my team is out and I am depressed. I have to say if I had to root for one, it would be the Patriots. I like Tom Brady as a person. He's a very cool guy.

For the record, my dislike has NOTHING to do with Chris...he seems like a fine upstanding fella. no qualms whatsoever...except that he likes that shit team.

I perrenially root for the underdog...toss in the shady victories of yore and I just want them to lose and not be seen from again for a while. I just don't like anything about those fuckers....they bug me. They were the only one out of the 12 playoffs teams i've rooted against...which of course means they are assured of victory.

I've been reading a lot about how Philly hasn't had a championship team above the level of a regional bowling team in a few decades. Then I remembered how after the Sox won the WS this year some columnists said it took away much of the Red Sox allure and will hurt Boston sports in the long run. I would hate for Philly to suffer such a fate.
