The third annual DVDTalk Bragging Rights Bowl Pickem Championship.

Last year's event was won by Supr_65
The inaugural event was won by brizz

The winner gets bragging rights and a month of congratulations in my signature. Other entrants are encouraged to say that they too will give a line in their signature to the winner. If anyone has prizes to donate, that would be great.

Pick the winner in all matchups as well as a score for the championship game (Orange Bowl) for a tie-breaker. Most correct picks wins. Please put your picks in chronological order so I can score them easier. If you're willing to give up a line in your signature to the winner, please mention that also.

Picks must be made by kickoff of the first bowl (New Orleans Bowl) or else you get losses in the games that have already started or that have finished. Any edits of pick posts after kickoff of the first bowl will result in disqualification.

I think it means that the BCS officials felt so bad about the outcome this year, that they decided to cancel the Orange Bowl and instead send USC and OU to a second New Orleans Bowl aka "New Orleans Bowl II: Electric Boogaloo". Considering the Champs Bowl already has "Champ" in the title, the winner of that Syracuse/Georgia Tech matchup are to be the declared the 2004 National Champions.

Or a typo.

Apparently I will need to do some reading tomorrow. The Bowel matchups have some really queer pairings. Sheesh. Thought I understood this but if California loses 1 game and plays December 30th, I obviously do not.

BTW, Texas is favored by 6. Michigan has had a lot of problems this year with dual-threat QBs.

Also, Michigan's players can't seem to keep their pants on, which should make it even easier on the Texas running game (as long as they avoid any naked bootlegs).

Also, Michigan's players can't seem to keep their pants on, which should make it even easier on the Texas running game (as long as they avoid any naked bootlegs).
