Whotony, don't stress about the runners or fielders. They make boneheaded runs/throws no matter how much you train.

i also still see alot of teams have players that throw to the wrong base.
example a runner will try to stretch a double to a triple. the ball is thrown to second base then to third. the runner starts running back to second, then the ball back to second. but the runner turns around and goes to third.
shouldnt the ball go to third in the first place ahead of the runner, not to second behind the runner.

does small ball have a submit complaints and bugs section?

the web site is so wacky that it's hard to tell were the links at the top will go. many of them go to the same place.

News Vignette:

AP (San Diego) - Aero Smith and Hootie Blowfish of DarkElf's Destroyers have been given their unconditional releases, and rookies Lynn Biskit and Fred Zeppelin have been signed. Both are righties and are excited to be with the team. Their work ethic will be tested later today at their first training session. Aero has moved to Mexico in hopes of catching on with a team in Tijuana and Hootie has hung himself in despair after In-N-Out wouldn't hire him.

First training session:

Lynn +55 run
Fred +53 run

And even after all this, my other benchie (who WAS the slowest guy on the team) was still lapping them.

I have a rookie ticket burning a hole in my pocket. Just dont know who to use it on yet. Did they start with a full 2 day pie?

Yes, a full 2-day pie.

And in fact, I mistakenly assumed they'd start with no pie, so I didn't train them as soon as I signed them. That was half a pie wasted.

It was easy for me. These 2 benchies were horrible. Aero was fast and nothing else. Hootie was bad at everything.

here's a great game me and the Who's Zoo played game #33544

I put up 2 in top of 1st, Who scores 1 in bottom of 1st stays that way til 9th I score 2 more for a 4-1 lead, Who scores 3 in bottom of 9th to tie it. Top of the 10th I score 3 for a 7-4 lead and bottom of the 10th Who scores 4 to win 8-7 i wish fielders were a bit smarter on throwing to the correct bases and on fielding (my thirdbaseman had a ball get past him not even out of the infield and he stood there and let the outfield come get it, a guy on first scored a run)

I can't win them all in Monster Stadium....... just more than I lose!

If you watch the game your lefties put a lot of hits together and those little pop hits make for lots of scoring!

I think you'll do well with Monster Stadium as your home field!

My Monsters are weak as little Pumas right now if anybody wants to have fun beating them up!

They are only 8* right now, normally I am holding 9 most of the day. Yes my RF is pitching, and he has not had pitch in over 2 months. And thats the TRUTH!

Check your team page afterwards when the score shows up and see if there's a discrepancy. There have been reports of this.

Cheers

I think it plays it in both stadiums and the score that counts is the one that was in the original one. A lot of the balls that were long pop ups in the new stadium would be homers in the old. And the balls that were hit safely in the new one would have been easy popups in the old. It really sucks and I think they should have fixed this before they started selling the damn_stadiums.

Cheers

It's hilarious that they want to kill the Montreal franchise when the Marlins are drawing crowds that are 2/3rds the size of the Expos. Oh well, I guess the Marlins have a longer stadium contract or something.

Cheers
