Edit!Nevermind, I guess I did buy the expansion pass and forgot that it wasn't included in the Ultimate Edition. 
But the UE should still have the car pass with 6 months of DLC, right?

Ultimate Edition does NOT include the expansions. They did give a discount on the Expansion Pass though, that has expired now.

The expansion pass has been on sale in the past (see post 122). So even if you pick up the UE, you should be able to pick it up on sale again soon enough .

I cannot get over how obnoxiously gorgeous this game is in 4K with HDR.

I'm still chipping away at this one. I've already finished the main game, but was still playing through some of the new championships that unlocked. I also capped out all of the hubs at level 5 and I can't gain any more fans
So I think I'm going to move on to the DLC packs now. I've played them a bit, but haven't finished them yet.
Oddly enough, I think I still have a few hidden cars that haven't shown up yet either. I'm not sure what triggers those, but I hope I can still get them.
