I was going to duplicate your order, but the closest store is 35-40 miles away & at least in Wa state they will not ship Blue Jasmine. That. Sucks.

Re: Fry's Electronics weekly sales

Another week of the same Universal titles offered 2 weeks ago...meaning the same will be offered two weeks later as Frys continues to execute its unimaginative sales. Anyways, $0.99 each with weekly promocode and almost all available 'In store' only

Re: Fry's Electronics weekly sales

I'm guessing they'll freshen up the list for the Labor Day sale.

Re: Fry's Electronics weekly sales

After a long time, a different assortment of (mostly shitty) titles at $0.99 each after application of a promo code (its in store only and a unique promo code is sent to those that sign up for that offer)

http://frys.com/search?search_type=r...4premail010817

I also saw this title 'The Barber' in store for $1.99, has decent reviews - posting Amazon product link for reference only as its not found on Frys website:
https://www.amazon.com/Barber-Blu-ra.../dp/B00SVWJJGK
Good review on bluray.com: http://www.blu-ray.com/movies/The-Ba...123933/#Review

Cloudy W Chance Meatballs
Battlefield America
Killing Season/Red Lights

The Prince & Me 2: The Royal Wedding
The Humbling
The Prince & Me 3: A Royal Honeymoon
Operator
Unexpected
The Runner
10' HDMI High Speed Male to Male Cable with Ethernet $1.99

The only Fry's in my state is over 40 miles away. I wish they'd open a nearby location.

Seems to me Fry's would want the $350+ on a more frequent basis, but hey, I'm not their accounting genius.

Re: Fry's Electronics weekly sales

Supposedly Quantum Leap Complete Series Blu Ray is $41.99 or $36.99 with personal promo code however it is not available for shipping and stores I checked online don't seem to have it. Release day is today. If anyone gets this or sees it in store let us know.

Re: Fry's Electronics weekly sales

Just came back from the one close to me. Stopped by during lunch since they have John Wick UHD for $12.96. They had about 5 copies of Quantum Leap. With code it is $36.99. If I had any interest in it, I would have picked it up. Never got into it as a kid for some reason.

Thanks for the info. Good to know that those near a retail Fry's can get it. I guess their website is not accurate about store stock. Too bad it is not available online or if it was, it sold out.

Still no reviews to confirm how much or how little music replacement there is on the set.

$36.99 for Quantum Leap.. Lowest on Amazon was $59.99 and it jumped up to $99.99 today... Hope it drops to the Fry's regular price of $41.99...

I'm holding out to find about the music as well. I have the first 3 US seasons on DVD, and I have the complete UK DVD set.....

Re: Fry's Electronics weekly sales

At the Fountain Valley, SoCal store, there's a small bin at the entrance to the media aisle marked 'clearance movies'. Found

Mr.Sardonicus/Brotherhood of Satan (Mill Creek 2fer) - $1.48
88 - $1.50
The Prince and Me - a Royal Honeymoon - $0.99

There were about 10 copies of some title called 'Mindless Behavior' for $0.04 - yeah, that's right - 4 cents !! Also a bunch of other Well Go titles for $7.99 which was in no way, a 'clearance' price. A few other Oldies.com public domain DVD titles are thrown in the bin, each at $1.47 but Alpha Video's PQ is probably well known in the DVD world by now.

Re: Fry's Electronics weekly sales

Mine has a slip cover, and thankfully Fry's didn't put any stickers on it (I would've passed on it otherwise!) They usually care enough to put their price tags on the sealed cases underneath instead of sticking them right on the slipcovers like most stores do, I should email them and thank them for that. (Bought Passengers 3D/UHD from them this week, didn't even bother going into Best Buy!)

Re: Fry's Electronics weekly sales

All the Fry's around here have always put Airport in the comedy section- don't know if that was intentional or not! Anyways, the box set of all 4 movies is a better deal.

True that, waiting for a sale on the boxed 'Airport' set myself. But I believe it does not come with the UV for Airport (1970)
