The weak link in the pick-up experience are Best Buy's workers themselves. Both Best Buy and Walmart would be better off cutting out their own workers out from the pick-up experience. Possibly use lockers that the customer enters a pin number to open for their already picked order. The customer would never have to deal with a Best Buy employee in that process.

My local store has lots of signage and a parking area for store pickup, and they even bring the items out to your car. But that's for groceries only. The other store pickup, for DVDs and such, is a separate area in the back of the store, and staffed rarely.

It wouldn't be so bad if not for the fact that I've never seen their in store pickup desk manned by anybody that isn't tasked to also cover the customer service desk. And I'v never been in the store when there wasn't at least two or three people in that line, and it never seems to fail that they will have a dispute over what they are trying to return. But at Target, despite it also being the same line as Customer Service, they don't seem to have as many people arguing about returns. Each person in that line at Target is in and out in only a couple minutes.

That's always the problem for me. What's also great is when there are 2-3 employees hanging out behind said desk but one employee is handling both pick-ups and returns.

For both Best Buy and Target, you can price match over the phone and live chat. Also, for Best Buy, you can price match even after you purchased the item.

Cool. I'll keep that in mind for these Scream! and Arrow titles because Target tends to carry them online, but never at occasional great sale prices that other places have (but without free shipping and the Red Card discount).

WM pick-up around here is always at least an hour wait, and usually there's at least one person who's been there 4-6 hours.

The last time I went in it seemed like the employee's were trying a lot harder, but my 1 order of 4 movies shipped together had been broken into 4 separate packages. They found the first easily enough, where it was supposed to be, but after that...

My invoice on my email says the full amount, but they don't charge until the order ships. So when I check my order online, it shows the correct amount. I've always been charged the corrected amount, never the full amount.

It should be mentioned that Bram Stoker's Dracula (in 4k/UHD) is only $14.99 at BestBuy right now. It's $13.99 if you can find a store that actually carries it. I got lucky, only two stores in Houston metro had it, and one of them was within a reasonable distance from me (and we were in that area anyway that day). By the way, no slipcover..but that was reported previously by others I believe.

Here's a $3 coupon for Spiderman: Homecoming (DVD, BD, or 4K) at Best Buy. Valid starting next week for 3 weeks, so I imagine there might be a good sale during that period that will make it even better.
