Now that I think about it, Doctor Strange 3D wasn't a Best-Buy exclusive; it was available at a number of retailers.
Target had their own version with exclusive digital bonus content. Some stores may still have it in stock:

From my recollection, the only Best Buy Disney 3D exclusives so far have been Rogue One and Guardians of the Galaxy Vol 2.

Really limited runs for both though. I wonder if they've increased the number for GotG2.

Thanks everybody. I'll avoid the Cumbershit and look more towards DMC or Amazon UK. It looks like it's not available through Target anymore.

Picked up Wonder Woman with trading cards yesterday at BB. The 3D was very unimpressive. In fact, I don't recall any noteworthy 3D moments at all. And I'm curious as to why the 3D disc had to settle for a 5.1 DTS-HD MA soundtrack while the 2D disc was treated to a Dolby Atmos track. I know it's possible to put an Atmos track on a 3D disc because Transformers: Age of Extinction has both. 😕

Sadly I have been doing so with certain releases.

Really no reason we can't get one release with 4K/3D and an extra Blu-ray. I also don't see the sense in using multiple sound mixes. Seems like a waste of time/money for them to do so, unless the goal is to get people to purchase multiple copies.
Sadly I have been doing so with certain releases.

Sucks to hear about the 3D in WW though, my copy arrived in the mail today. I might end up returning it and just pick up the regular version for $10 during Black Friday. The only reason I picked it up is because I have Man of Steel and Batman V Superman in 3D, but neither of those were that great either.

That seems to be a Warner Bros thing. They did the same thing with LEGO Batman 3D earlier this year.

BTW - I can one up you by stating that I also have SS in 3D. Why I'm keeping it I have no idea.

I passed on both SS and Lego Batman. I have a feeling I will never rewatch Lego Batman, and SS price is just too high for how crappy it is. Now, when they drop under $10 I might reconsider.

In short
Overall, the 3D is best experienced and appreciated during the battle and warfare scenes. The post-converted 3D presentation on this BD-50 is above average.

Had no problem with 3D on this one either theatrically or on this new Blu. Perhaps I'm more forgiving than some folks here because the novelty of home 3D has never worn off for me, but I don't really think so. I don't expect big pop-outs with most conversions, but the depth effects in this were uniformly excellent, even in the darker scenes, and the characters were nicely rounded (for lack of a better technical term). Really glad to add this to the collection. (a feeling corroborated by many of the 'key' review sites, despite earlier comments in this thread ).

I got the 2D of Man of Steel for review here and enjoyed the movie on its own merits that way, but bought the 3D right away afterwards. I didn't expect much from it being a conversion, but I was reasonably wow'd by it. I'd still rather movies be shot in REAL 2-camera 3D rather than be converted, but admittedly many conversions do look good.

The 3D Archives and Flicker Alley apparently announced 3D RARITIES VOLUME 2 last week. Streets late summer 2018,
