If they keep the scoring system in place with what level you are vs someone either way ahead or way behind then it'll be ok. It's a total waste for anyone way ahead like 20-30 levels to join a game because they're getting much of nothing in points except kills per gun/weapon. I'm more interseted in the "banks".... how to keep your inventory and how to expand it. It helped a lot with the first one. I'd play a character and if I came across something meant for another I'd save it, then move it to the other characters "bank".

I only want the chest, but I just can't convince myself that it's worth $90. Everything else in there is neat, but doesn't entice me in any way.

I'm really torn on this but now that Aliens:Colonial Marines has been delayed until Feb 2013 it'll be one of the two upper editions. As it stands now for me....

I'm a huge Borderlands fan, but there's nothing in the Collector's Edition that appeals to me. They seriously want you to spend an extra $40 for a bobble-head, a small art book and some stickers? Get real.
Sure I'd love the loot chest from the Ultimate set, but not for $150.

To each their own...to ME...that list is valid. I didn't realize there's a "Better Get or Be Crucified, Burned At the Stake & Branded With the Scarlet X List". And besides...I guess I need to apologize for trying to have a life, have a job, a house and wife to take care of instead of having more time to be a couch potato gaming slacker.

Cool....I'm wondering if it varies based on how far you got each character?I'd sure like to have a Borderlands 2 T-shirt like the one ole' Twin Guns is wearing. Not sure about the welding helment though.

that $20 promo at BB is tempting, but it's really only like $15 since you have to pay tax on it. hopefully amazon matches it, though. that would be spectacular.

That was an amazing trailer. Funny and shows off great gameplay. I played the crap out of the first one (Maxed Roland and nigh maxed Mordecai), so I'm pumped to see this shaping up so awesomely

I've got a XBox Live friend that pretty much knows about everything Borderlands. He said he played the other day for the first time in 8 months. He was just going to "dabble" and the next thing he knew he played for three hours. i haven't played in over 8-9 months myself and to this day it's the most played game ever...even more than Halo & GOW. You litterly didn't want to put the game down.
I might have to pop it in this weekend. I've got all four characters above Level 55. Each has basically "Two Bank Accounts"...one thru a dummy character. Cannot remember all the stuff I have and probably half never got around to try it out. Alot was picked up to hand out to friends going thru like those Orbs.

Ugh, reading this thread reminds me that I've purchased all of the DLC for the game (except for Moxie) and never played through any of it. Any one who wants to run through either the zombie pack or the other one (I'm a level 20 something sniper) shoot me a request sometime on Live.
