Is 3D in 1080p on DLP's Possible?
Mistubishi makes some of the biggest (if not the biggest) 3D TV's (up to 82"), but they're DLP TV's and they use 3D checkerboard technology. This cuts the resolution in half (right?), which is big bummer in IMHO. Is it possible to make DLP TV's that can display 3D in 1080p or does the DLP technology somehow prevent the TV from displaying 3D in 1080p?
