One thing that hurt this competition is that I assume a lot of people are voting in match ups where they haven't seen both shows, which I don't think is fair. With the exception of the first round I've tried to abstain from voting in fields where I haven't seen enough episodes to decide how I feel about a particular series.

When I did this a couple years ago, the final four ended up being The Sopranos, Buffy, Seinfeld and The Simpsons. So not so far off this time.

If this were best show, I'd tend to agree. It's favorite. The only matchups I haven't voted in are the ones I didnt care about enough to vote in. That generally meant I'm not a big fan of either show or I had seen neither show.

I voted in every matchup, including those where I've never seen a single episode of either show. I just voted for whichever one I would choose to watch, if given a choice between just those two.

I mostly voted against stuff that I thought would hurt my favorite shows' chances of making it through the various rounds. Of course, I really do dislike the Sopranos, and Buffy, and Voyager, so voting them down was easy.

True, I did vote against Lost in several rounds just because I knew it would be a juggernaut and I was trying to force it out.

1) Office U.S. -- do this poll in three years and Lost will barely make the top 10 -- IMO overhyped mess that is watchable (unlike Heroes), but for some reason I'm not that impressed. Maybe I'll change my tune after next year. Office US funniest comedy on TV (NOW).
2) Seinfeld -- no contest, though Cheers is good
3) Simpsons -- only seen a few Simpsons eps and not really impressed, but a comparison of AR to 30 Rock forced me to vote for the Simpsons
4) Sopranoes -- watched a few eps of each
