I went through a link on a new newsletter I just got for a 25 points survey about Disney's Second Spin. It's a brand new survey.

OK, so apparently the Second Screen survey doesn't show up under the Surveys list in My DMR. You can only access it from the link in the e-mail. The e-mail I got was on Apr. 26, subject: "The Ultimate Experience: TRON: Legacy Disney Second Screen". The link is at the bottom of the e-mail.

If you don't have the e-mail anymore, you should be able to sign into the DMR website, click on messages (the envelope icon), and you should see the Tron e-mail with link to the survey in the list there.

Wonder why the Avengers isn't available for DMR ticket stub point. Since Disney bought Marvel a ways back this is the first movie being released AS a Disney studios movie yet it isn't listed on the ticket stub page. Puzzled?

Technically, it's a Paramount release. The weird thing is that the movie cash offer has been from the animated Marvel DVDs distributed by Disney and not on the live action movies. I have no idea how this stuff is divvied up anymore.

This month's e-mail newsletter just showed up for me. The bonus point link had "How many points will you get?" seemingly to indicate there are different amounts. When I clicked on it, I received 10 points (as opposed to the normal 5). The code that showed up was: 5W5BGH73V4S

Same 10 points here. Since my code is different than what you posted I put yours in to see what would happen. I got an error of: "Sorry, you have entered the maximum number of codes for this promotion."

The "fine print" on the email/newsletter says: "Mystery Bonus Points are pre-determined and are based on a member's Disney Movie Rewards program activity from commencement of membership up through May 2, 2012."

So some of the higher point prizes say they require proof of valid entries. What does that mean? Do you need to save every insert/receipt? Do they ask for proofs of purchase to be cut out of your boxes? Has anyone done this before?

I have read that they want you to get the proof of purchases and mail them in. Not very practical since one often sells off movies or doesn't want to deface the movies. Some choose to stay clear from those rewards.
