Sorry. But I wasn't getting through with one browser, so after 30 minutes I added another. Still no luck, so I added another. Still no luck, so I added my phone. I didn't intend on using 4 at once, but one just wasn't working. I never did get through with my original 2 browsers. The 3rd browser and my phone were the ones that eventually got through...

They are providing 25 point code good until 12/23 for today's frustration.
"Cheer11"
Facebook message supposedly says last 2 days rewards will be good all day. I'm going by report on Blu-ray forum
Meanwhile I was too late for Mystery DVD and these last rewards are probably nothing great if they are gonna be available all day.

Re: Disney Movie Rewards - What did YOU get?
Although it took me 2 hours 5 minutes to get a mystery dvd in 1 account it still has been a GREAT day. Got a shipping notice for the Ratatouille character set which I'd ordered the night before (glad because the day it was on the site I was driving to Tampa for Chemo). Also got the shipping notice for the CARS Illuminated sign in another account from yesterday. Damn, that is some fast shipping. That CARS sign was 8,000 points the last couple years but at one time it was 10,000 points. I wonder what the value is for it. Not that I'm letting it go. I want it. But I know the WDCC sculptures in that point range are in the $250+ range (like the Mulan & the Toy Story w/record player base).

as an aside, but what the fuck are you people buying where you have/need multiple accounts?

It is something I would do as well but I find keeping up with one account tedious, let alone half a dozen or more.

Disney ticket stubs, friends, family etc... that don't participate in DMR, early on got a lot from video store boxes (they didn't care as they just rented the movies)). You can put a little money into it also by buying on ebay or from others but only if it's economically feasible & you pay low for the codes. I use the money I get from snagging tons of ticket stubs as code purchase money. Figure that the money I have in Paypal from selling stubs going for codes is basically just trading stubs for codes with the money in the middle. Got a shitload of great stuff from DMR that way. Plus all the free points that you can enter in all accounts from newsletters, birthdays, surveys, etc...

Thanks for the heads up on the Cheer11 code. Nothing but a 10 point code and a double points day for me so far. The only thing I wanted was the pin on the first day and I missed that.

Those people just take all these free points and do them across all accounts. So when they hit enough to reach a free DVD they can get as many DVDs as accounts they have.

And redeeming for the same item on multiple accounts were never even a thought of mine until this week. I initially created multiple accounts because I wasn't getting the free birthday blu-ray emails, so I created an account with a birthday the next month. I didn't get that email either. So then I created an account with a birthday 2 months away. Then I finally got the email. After that, I wasn't even using the other accounts until they started limiting their "double points" days. It used to be unlimited. But once they started limiting to two per account, that's when I started using my other accounts. So that's the main reason for it. And I didn't just make up people. They are accounts for my wife and two kids. I just didn't use the correct birthdays for two of them.

Yeah, I'm bummed about missing the pin, and the Cars sign. I could have had the Cars sign, but I took too long thinking about it before deciding to get it. The pin disappeared way too quickly. Never had a chance at that one...

Wow, the screensaver is really, really lame. Just the Muppets logo bouncing around. I was hoping for something interesting, like Kermit to stick his head out or Gonzo to fly across the screen, but nothing.

None of these are the Surprise item for today (today's surprise will probably be as bad as yesterday's, since it is another unlimited one, unless it is another double points day or something), but there are a number of new items available today. Prices are normal.
Belle Keepsake Box - 975 points
Pooh and Pals Growth Chart - 350 points
Vintage Mickey Beanie (Gray) - 850 points
Vintage Mickey Beanie (Red) - 850 points
