DVD Talk review of 'His Name Was Jason: 30 Years of Friday the 13th'
I read Cameron McGaughy's DVD review of His Name Was Jason: 30 Years of Friday the 13th at http://www.dvdtalk.com/reviews/read.php?ID=36399 and...
as a F13th fan I have to say that was one of the best I've read. Fantastic job. You really know your shit, sir. I haven't watched my copy yet, but early word was very similar to what you reported. Namely, that too much time is given to "super fans" and not nearly enough is devoted to the real actors providing stories fans have waited for years to hear.

I went through everything on the DVD set. I also enjoyed all the former actors they brought back for the interview clips and wish more were included. I couldn't be too disappointed with the set as a whole since the $10 spent for it at Wal-mart yielded a ticket for the movie so the set was was nearly a freebie, but I agree the review was well done.
