Re: iPhone/iPod Touch App Talk
I found a better way to find good games. Go to appshopper.com and first select Games from the drop down, then Free, then Price Changes.
I usually get all the reg. $5 ones. A reg. $3 or $4 has to really look bad for me to skip it. The reg. $2 are hit and miss. The reg. $1 has to sound really good for me to get it.
You can also do Paid and Price Changes to see big drops like Monopoly and Scrabble.
I'm on 4-2 of the 8X8s in PixelCross. Should be able to get to the 12X12s tonight. Can't wait to see what it looks like. I have a feeling that if I could see the whole board I could get through it faster. I'm mastering doing it with two hands, one quickly selecting through Marks, Xs, and moving, and the other selecting squares or moving the board.
Bought my first clunker, $6 Ferrari GT racer. Maybe after I spend some time with it I'll like it, it looked much better in the reviews. I can honestly say that's the only purchase I've been disappointed with.
I can't get Lux (Risk). I haven't been able to figure out how to start with a clean board instead of random preselected setups.

Re: iPhone/iPod Touch App Talk
Thanks for the tip Deb I am addicted to buying games on my touch. I can't stop, yesterday I bought Sat Night Fever: Dance & The Stone of Destiny for .99 cents each.

I like it so far, you can use the zoom feature to find stuff which makes life easier. I think it's better than Hidden Expedition by Big Fish. For .99 cents you really can't go wrong, I can't believe they use to charge $9.99 for it.

I'm up to level 2-1 of the 12X12s in PixelCross and I'm having a BLAST. HIGHLY recommend it if you like picross or puzzles. You can only see a ninth of the screen at a time but it's very playable. I'm going to write the maker to ask for more puzzles, and maybe a way for others to download puzzles into it.
Got both the Stone and the mountain one and they're HARD. That last item is always the hardest.
PUZZLE QUEST IS OUT !!!!!
Bad news: Comes out in three parts for $10 each part (about 20 hours each part) so it's about $30 for 60 hours gameplay (plus repeats, of course).
Worse news: Reviews are mixed.
Eh, I bought it. This and Blokus were my last holdouts. It has a "downward pricing model" so maybe parts 2 and 3 are cheaper if you bought part it (you can import your saves into parts 2 and 3). The only thing I don't know if it's 20 hours total or per game.

IGNORE THE REVIEWS. Puzzle Quest is EXACTLY the same game as in the DS, PSP, and XBLA. Perfect. There IS finger swiping (and I read a review that there wasn't). The lettering can be small but look at what screen you're using... the game is perfect and I predict playing it through at least four times, once with each "race." New favorite game I'll get part 2 and 3 for sure. Now I can play Puzzle Quest with my finger.
In terms of difficulty, from easiest to hardest: XBLA, DS, PSP, Touch. I lost my third round and I finished the XBLA one.

60 new puzzles for Tangram Puzzle Pro!
The RealArcade Games are on sale a buck each (South Park Imaginationland, Million Dollar Password, Sally's Hair Salon (give people hairdos), Tiki Towers (physics-building game), Collapse! Chaos, and Little Shop of Treasures (a find the objects game)). Already had SPIL to I got the other 5 (I already own Collapse on the DS and the PSP, so I know I will like that one). I thought Password was going to be child's play but with 3000 words I thought I would get my dollar's worth. I couldn't get to a million on my first try. Couldn't get
. I feel like a loser

I cannot recommend Puzzle Quest enough. I'm up to level 10 Wizard. Now I'm at the catapult stat farming (repeat beating the catapult, $200 and 200 exp points each time you beat it, 2-4 times per level. Once I get to level 15 I get Flaming Skulls, my most favorite spell ever (turns green mana into skulls, blue mana into red mana, easy to do 4- and 5-of-a-kinds. That spell by itself wins you the game. Should have it by tomorrow.
This game came close to getting me fired. I was playing it while overdrawn people kept yelling in my ear and each time the computer cheated (and if Decker were here he would tell you the computer DOES cheat ) I almost yelled out "THIS IS BS" right in the customer's ear
There are so many good games for this thing. But don't even try to play PQ on the battery. If someone were to ask DS or PSP, I'd say save the money and get a Touch (you can get the 1G 8gig Touch on Craigslist for $200 or so).
Two HUGE differences - NO MONSTERS ON THE WORLD MAP. None at all. And if you make a wrong move, you get penalized 2 points and get to move again. With the other versions you got penalized 5 points but lost your turn, which is actually preferable because if your only move was going to let the enemy have a bunch of flaming skulls, then you made an invalid move on purpose to avoid that and try to make the enemy give you the bunch of flaming skulls.

PQ sounds pretty good, but I had my fill playing through the DS version. Sounds expensive too. The PS3 version with the expansion pack is only $15.

I'm also loving Password. You get jumbled letters and have to make out the word. Easy = no extra letters. Medium = 1 extra letter. Hard = 2 extra letters. Quick game and career. Harder than it sounds.
What was included in the PS3 expansion pack? How were the graphics?

I downloaded the following games:
- Tetris
- Cro-Mag Rally
- Real Soccer 2009
- Tangram Puzzle Pro
- Tap Tap Revenge
I'll probably start playing with them over the weekend.

Several new hours of the adventure and graphically it looks good, but graphics are not a big plus on this one. I was fine with the DS graphics honestly. The 360 also has the expansion pack and original game but it is a bit more expensive on 360.
Galatrix is their next game and I'm wondering when it will come to iPhone. For that matter where is Peggle and Peggle Nights?

I just want Zuma (THE Zuma, the XBLA one). I already have the XBLA PQ and some points so if the expansion pack is the same I'll just grab it there.
Zuma and Blokus. Is that too much to ask?

Which bank are you a call center for? Is this type of non-attention common in the call center world? Or just in the north american ones?
