That should be the demo, if you have the download button under the Add To Cart button.

Knack 2 was showing up earlier today for free. The US site has been fixed but other countries are still showing it for free. So you might as well play it before they pull from your account.

Re: Official PSN Games Thread

I've seen three reviews on Knack 2 so far.....at least it's a few days in advance instead of same day or day after release we've seen in the past...

http://www.pushsquare.com/reviews/ps4/knack_2 - 8/10

http://www.gameinformer.com/games/kn...ii-review.aspx - 8.25/10

Is Gal Gun Double Peace worth a purchase? I see it on sale, look pretty silly and sexist on watching a video clip. Japanese game designers are crazy and horny.

Has anyone played through the Arkham Knight season pass? For $7.99, I'm considering picking it up even though I finished the game a few years ago.

I played through all of the story dlc and thought it was solid and I recommend especially if you enjoyed the main game. I skipped the challenge stuff because that's my least favorite things in the Arkham games.

Re: Official PSN Games Thread

Good to hear. I'll pick it up then since it will give me a reason to play the game again. I loved it when I played through it the first time. I also don't like the challenge stuff so that section is an easy pass for me.

UGH. Arkham Knight is the only one I played, but the tank battles and the car driving parts made me quit it pretty early. Do the earlier games have that kinda stuff?

You should really check out the two remastered games on sale this week, Return to Arkham for $11.99.

Yeah, those races totally killed Arkham Knight for me. Zero fun.
I do like the three previous Arkham games though. Just not enough to re-buy and re-play them on this generation's consoles.

Re: Official PSN Games Thread

Hey' it's a surprise, late afternoon FLASH SALE!!!!

Actually, there's not much to get too excited about, but Armello for $6 is a good deal on a cool board/card type game and I'm sure there are folks ready to jump on Disney Afternoon Collection for $8. I will be picking up the Guilty Gear Xrd Rev 2 Upgrade for $9.99. Didn't even know that was a thing and am happy I don't have to re-buy the entire game.

Solid lineup. I've always wanted to try the Amensia games but horror is very hit & miss for me. So to get them like this is awesome.

Cool. I had my eye on Hue for a while, and while I'm not a horror game fan, I'll give Amnesia Collection a try.

Re: Official PSN Games Thread

Well fuck, I just bought Amnesia last month when it was on sale. And did the same for Just Cause 3 the month before. I gotta start learning to stop picking stuff up when it's super cheap, I guess that means it's close to being a PS+ game.

Re: Official PSN Games Thread

Is there no special sale this week on PSN?

Also, for those who have played Metal Gear Solid 5 before (i'm downloading it now...) Is it something that you can play without having played the others?

The only Metal Gear I've played was the original 2 on the NES. More asking about the story, will I be completely lost?

Re: Official PSN Games Thread

Btw, that Hue game is interesting. I only made it about 5 minutes before giving up. I liked the idea, and the look of it, but the whole time I'm playing the intro I'm thinking "I just KNOW they're going to make me change colors while jumping!" And sure as shit they did. And I died. Repeatedly. Ugh. I just don't have the coordination for that stuff anymore!

People on reddit asked the same thing. From what I can gather, the storyline is so fucked anyway, it doesn't matter. Apparently there are references to previous games, but nothing so great that you're missing out.

Whether or not that's how it'll actually be for you and me, I don't know.

Re: Official PSN Games Thread

Yeah, I go into most MGS games not remembering a thing, then looking the story up online and getting even more confused. It rivals stuff like Kingdom Hearts in how convoluted everything is.

Oh and how can I forget about the overt fan service in the form of Quiet.

I enjoyed MGS 5 quite a bit. That said, the storyline is shit, the characters and dialog are silly and the open world is so lifeless that it effectively serves as the world's prettiest & longest interactive loading screens. But the missions are tons of fun and the gameplay is extremely solid.

Re: Official PSN Games Thread

Starting today my son cannot sign into his PS account. It's telling him to have his family manager to agree to the new terms & service policy. When I signed onto the Sony PS4 web site it asked to to agree to the new policy and I did but it still won't let him sign in. Any ideas? Thanks
