Unable to change credit card information.
My main credit card that I have set as default on columbiahouse.com has just expired. Whenever I try to edit this card or add a new card, it tells me my address is invalid. I've triple checked the address and it's all correct. Every required field is filled in. Is there something stupid I'm missing? Anyone else get this problem?

I have the same problem. I emailed cs and got the standard reply "We have reported the issue and hope to have it corrected soon." That was 2 weeks ago and it still is not corrected. Their definition of soon and mine are not the same!!

Haha, wow, thank you very much for the information. I was going to give them some possible business but I guess I'll just pre-order Dark City from Amazon.

Try entering your address at http://zip4.usps.com/zip4/welcome.jsp . They probably run the address through an automated verifier and maybe there's a tiny inconsistency stopping it from being accepted as you entered it.

I had a similar problem. I logged on and had a message that my email address that I had been using for quite some time with CH was an invalid email address and that I needed to update it. Yet I had gone to the site to answer whether I wanted the selection of the month based on an email they had just sent. I just changed it to the same thing and it went away. Then it said my CC was expired even though it was not. I re-entered it and that went away. Now I have a message reminding me I have 11 months to fulfill my obligation. I guess they still have some glitches to work out on the new site.

Good lord, someone from Simpsonville on here as well? Howdy neighbor!
Anyway, and I know this isn't of any help at all, but I added a new address/credit card last night and it went right through. I'm sure there's some goof trick to it or something some of you are overlooking that's keeping it from going through. I don't see why it wouldn't work for you guys while it works for some of us.
Then again, CH is always funky it seems.

I was going to suggest adding the new CC with a totally different address, then once that goes through go back and delete the first bit of information, then edit the address for the new one, but I don't think you can delete a primary address, even after you add another. Then again, maybe I'm missing something also.

Ugh...having the same problems other described before. I'm just trying to add an address to my address book...one that used to be on my account, but somehow vanished when they made all their site changes. I've tried dozens of times last night and this morning, but continue to get the "address is not valid" message. Apparently, they haven't fixed this completely yet.
