^ yea, i noticed that too. just pointed it out in the other target post also. really odd. i used to think buying on release date preserved the lowest price for at least a few months... now you only have to wait 7 days to get a better price.

any confirmation on whether or not the Nip/Tuck exclusive is just a black slip cover over the original art?
cause i really dig the coverart this season... even though the all black is pretty classy.

By the time I got to my local Target they were all sold-out of the regular Office set and had only 3 copies of the Deluxe Version left. I don't know how many they had to start with.

The Target I went to today had many Heroes Exclusive sets left, I mean at least 10 sets maybe more. They had about 6 of the Office Nifty set and about the same for the regular set. Best Buy had a ton of the Office Exclusive sets, I saw alot more than the 18 stated in the sales paper. I still can't believe Circuit City did not even advertise the Office Season 3 set plus not even have an exclusive edition.

What the hell?
I went to three different Targets and as of 10am this morning, all three stores were sold out of the Target-exclusive version of Office. If they're gonna advertise something, why would they not have enough stock on hand to last more than a few hours?

Edit: I saw some pics in a Nip/Tuck forum somewhere, and the extra DVD is NOT in a cradle, like Heroes and Office deluxe versions, and it's reported the package is really tight as a result. So I think I'll stick to BB for both regular editions of this and Office. It saves me a trip.

I ended up going to two Targets to try and get the exclusive "Office" set to no avail. Was told by one store that they received a single copy and it sold. That store then checked the computer and told me that none of the other stores in the area (I'm located in Anaheim,CA) received any. Made it easier to just go and get the Best Buy set.
Can anyone attest to the quality of the Target bonus disc and exact contents?

Oh, and there are subtitles for the Q&A session too.
That's it.

Thanks for the heads-up at "30 Rock". I was going to buy it this week, but I can wait a few more days.
$29.99 at the one I went to. And they were all sold out.

I went ahead and bought The Office (Nifty Gifty version) and 30 Rock at Target. I paid for, and used a $5 off coupon, for The Office in the electronics department, and then I took 30 Rock up to the front and used another $5 coupon for that one.
Anyone know if that's true or not?
