DVD Talk Limited Edition
Shipping is just 1.25 even if you don't go over 25. At that price, I think I'll get it since the only series I own is the original series.
Thanks OP!

DVD Talk Legend
I tried to cancel mine immediately after placing the order (was gonna place a new order for 3 of them, cuz my two friends are interested, and then free shipping). But it immediately went to shipping status, so I can't cancel it... I guess that means it's gonna go through...

DVD Talk Ultimate Edition
I enjoy the Star Trek shows, having seen a fair amount of the original show, a very small handful of Next Generation, a couple of DS9 (the tribble/crossover ep was cool), and most of Voyager and Enterprise, but I have no interest in buying the sets on DVD...and yet, earlier today, I found myself thinking that the Klingon Fan Collective set sounded like one I might enjoy picking up, so imagine my joy at seeing this thread.
I went ahead and ordered one (I think CC is limiting this set to one per order...could be wrong, but it looked like I could not change the quantity even if I wanted too), and agree that even with tax and S&H (which is a miniscule part of the cost of receiving this DVD), for $14.23 this is a must-have DVD set. I would have shied away from it if all I could do was find it priced in the $20.00 range, so THANK YOU DVDtalk members for pointing me towards another great deal.
Regards
Christopher

This set is available from DeepDiscountDVD for $13.24 which when factoring in shipping and tax should be less that Circuit City and if you wanted to order more than 1, I'm sure they would be happy to accomodate you.

It's really odd that Circuit City's website is still offering this set at $11.99. It has to be an error. In Sunday's circular, the price was $27.99.
Big KUDOS to DDD for matching CC's price with shipping!

Well paramount made me a buyer. Prior to this I had 0 interest in this series. But after hoping on board and looking at what you get I went out to my local Walmart and picked up the Borg set. It really is a great way to get some key episodes of the Mythos without having to fork over huge $$ to the boxed sets.

I'm really not sure it's an error on CC's part. If you check on Amazon there are many sellers selling it for under $16 new. Maybe the cost was really low on these, while the markup to the original retail was very high.
