Should I get Desperado SE ?

Does anyone know if there will be a box set of the 3 "desperado" movies after the new one is done in theaters?

I already have to sell my old ones to get the new SE's, but I don't want to bother if a box set will be out next year.

Personally I will hold off to see if there will be a box set. All three films are by the same company so there is a very good chance of a 6 disc set coming next year.

Actually, everything I've read so far on the new Desperado SE is that it's the same stuff as on the double feature disc, with the addition of a OUTIM featurette. You could hang onto them for a little while longer.

I have no plans to buy the rereleases of El Mariachi and Desperado. I already have the director's double feature and am very happy with that. I would hope to see a big box set with all 3 films plus tons of features for each of 'em, but I don't see anything like that in the immediate future. I believe that Robert Rodriguez was planning on working on a set for the Spy Kids flicks, so I wouldn't expect an El Mariachi set until after that.

I'd hold off for the eventual 3-film box set - IF they finally put an english dubbed soundtrack on El Mariachi. Otherwise,I'll watch downloads of El Mariachi and stick with whats out there now for the other discs.
