anyone have any experience w/ cable decoder boxes?

i see a global cable decoder box which says it is legal and it will decode all (analog) cable channels.

anyone have any experience w/ them? roughly $200

Its only legal if you contact your cable company and pay for all channels it will decode.

This a topic which is not allowed in this forum. I recommend you do a search there are many other sites for this information.
