Do they have anything that would make this a decent deal?

Doh, got all the way to the end of checkout before getting the warning that Pre-order items don't qualify.

Guess I should have read the rules first.

Grey's Anatomy Season 3 is $29.99 after rebate. With this, it would be $19.99 after rebate.

The Office Season 3 is $34.99. Add some filler to your cart and you might be able to get it for about $25 shipped.

I ordered smallville season 6, hopefully the Mail in Rebate will work in combination with this as well. That would be a total of $20 off...

Picked up Robot Chicken S2 ($22.99) and Harvey Birdman vol. 2 ($15.99 used--didn't even know they sold used discs!). Total after the $10 discount, including tax and free shipping, was $31.30. (Tax is calculated AFTER the ten bucks is taken off.) Plus there's a $7 rebate for Robot Chicken that'll bring my final cost down to $24.30. Not bad for two shows.

I guess I could just try, but can I use an FYE gift/trade credit card to fund a Paypal transaction with them?

How do you qualify for free shipping? I looked at the FAQ and didn't see any mention of it.

The front page of the FYE site (following the link in the 1st post) says 'Free Shipping on CD & DVD orders over $25' -- The details page for that indicates you must choose budget shipping.

This discount can be used more than once on the same account. There's nothing in the rules that says it can't and I've verified that it works multiple times.

Another good deal is Boston Legal Season 3. It's $32.99 after rebate so with this deal it's 22.99 (plus tax).

The new U2 Popmart DVDs that came out today are also very good deals on FYE. The 1-disc is $6.99 after rebate and the Limited Edition 2-disc is $14.99 after rebate which is much less than anywhere else.

The free shipping offer only applies to DVDs or CDs. Anything else will incur a shipping charge which kills the deal.

Yeah, I just found that out. I tried adding a disney book for $1.95.

You can find CDs or used CDs for $0.99 if you look around though.

I'm thinking of getting

Face Off [Special Collector's Edition] [2 Discs] for $13.49
&
Commando [Director's Cut] for $14.99

But need another $6.50 DVD to get the $10 off. Am thinking of getting:

Resident Evil/Resident Evil: Apocalypse [2 Discs] for $14.99 since I don't have either one yet.

But would rather get something cheaper for around $7

Really? I just tried it and it works until you hit to confirm the order when it tells you that you can't do it on preorders... ??

I stand corrected. I didn't hit confirm when I tried this. It reflects the discount until the final step, and then rejects. Too bad.

Thinking of getting Knocked Up HD-DVD on the 25th. Any idea if this deal will still be good then? This stacked with the $7 rebate would be a killer deal, if I can find something else I want to reach the $35 threshold.
