I found the Batman serial at Big Lots for $3 about two years ago, but that's the only place I've ever seen it cheap.

Where was the Batman & Robin serial at Wal-Mart, btw? Dump bin or on a rack?

Rome S1, Deadwood S1, and Sopranos S1 were all part of the black friday $12 sale, but they ended up as part of the section end caps and put out _before_ black friday in a lot of stores. Pretty cool...

Went to Wal-Mart today and they had put out 3 of the purple promo stickered tv box sets as well. They were stuck in the rack where they normally put new release tv shows. They were even labeled $12...

Strange to see them offering a lot of the same movies on blu-ray and DVD for $5. Makes the DVD versions feel overpriced. >_>

You could generally find this version $3 at Big Lots (or in a triple feature DVD for $6) quite a while back, so $4 for it is a decent price, just not the lowest it could be. It's a really enjoyable...

The Blu-Ray version is $10 at Wal-Mart last time I looked, if you still wanted widescreen.
