I was told the discounts have to do with color coded price stickers. I bought two old stock titles and because they didn't have black stickers on them they weren't discounted.

Sounds good, but I bet they will all price out at $5.00 which seems to be the new BL standard for good title DVDs. Just have to wait it out to see if they show up and if they're worth more than $3....

The reason why I passed up that set at KMart was because I didn't want the ALIENS/MORONS double and already had PLANET X as a single. I didn't think $7.99 was worth it just for THE ANGRY RED PLANET...

Geff, was this one of those MIDNIGHT MOVIES 4 Packs that MGM released a few years ago to K Mart? They included 4 of the Midnight Movies titles in one set and sold for $7.99 at K Mart during Halloween...

MADIGAN is a fantastic, gritty cop flick with one of Widmark's last great lead performances. Unfortunately the DVD isn't anamorphic, but at least it's letterboxed, unlike Universal's sorry full frame...

I think that Don Knotts set is one of those dreaded Universal DVD-18s, but still a great deal for those who don't have the individual releases.

Last year on Thanksgiving day they put out the $6.00 TV seasons. I got the first six seasons of HAWAII FIVE O cheaper than the previous price for just one season. It was one of my best Thanksgiving...

I haven't checked in awhile, but THE MAGUS used to be OOP and selling for big bucks. I don't have a DOLLAR GENERAL here and don't even know what it is, but picking up that title might be a good...
