Re: 2nd (and last?) Presidential debate Sunday night

When going to shake hands, she should go up to Trump, and cup his balls, holding them for a few uncomfortable beats, without ever breaking eye-contact, then whisper in his ear, "these are mine".

Hillary doesn't need to say a single insult tonight. Work beyond the broad talking points, into the details, and Trump will be dead in the water.

Re: 2nd (and last?) Presidential debate Sunday night

Well, odds of going into the gutter within five minutes of the debate tonight? Honestly, part of me is hoping for an absolute train wreck, just to keep alive a sliver of hope of getting Trump off the ticket by the end of the wk.

She should talk about her ideas for reviving the Rust Belt. Give those states a reason to vote for her rather than just against Trump.

Trump just dragged out 4 Clinton accusers including Juanita Broadrick and Paula Jones and tried to bring back the 90s. I hear next he's going to have Nirvana and Soundgarden play.

For real? I don't even know what's fake and what's real with Trump.

Re: 2nd (and last?) Presidential debate Sunday night

Someone asked a question and Paula Jones started wailing "Ask Bill Clinton" in her southern hick accent.

Best reality TV I've seen in a while.

If this is Trump's debate prep, it's gonna be an interesting event.

Re: 2nd (and last?) Presidential debate Sunday night

You guys should follow Tony (Art of the Deal ghostwriter) Schwarz on twitter.

He's had Trump's number since he first come out on him. He's predicted his mindset and actions with chilling accuracy, and here's his debate prediction:

Quote:
Tony Schwartz ‏
@tonyschwartz

You will see the real & only Trump tonight. He won't be contrite. Desperate and cornered by his own words, he will double down & attack.
Quote:
Tony Schwartz
‏@tonyschwartz

Chilling to see desperation Trump feels by pulling together Bill Clinton accusers pre-debate. Once attacked these very women himself.
That's so on the nose! Pure fucking desperation on Trump's part.

He knows he can't win, and that his "empire" and "legacy" are doomed. Now it's just straight-up scorched earth from here on out.

Thankfully, most of America will see through Trump's bullshit. It'll be that 25, or so, percent of Americans that will buy into it, just like people who buy into any old con.

Totally with you, I'm very likely to just skip over the Pres vote on the ballot this year. We get our laughs and yucks here, and it is certainly entertaining on some level... but I'm personally just really sad about this sorry state of affairs.

Re: 2nd (and last?) Presidential debate Sunday night

(From the other thread.)

Oy. This is raw. He acts as though he's humbled by their appearance. This guy's a con man. Like something out of a John Grisham book.

There's five-or-so reporters in there. The one lady had an outburst when they asked Trump about his statement. What a sad mess.

The psychology of PR is very complex. There's reasons why a prepared press conference works, and this one fails.

Trump acts like the last 30+ years of his public life isn't on record or something.

Everyone else does. Why should Trump set a different standard.

She said that to Tim Kaine already, and I kinda doubt Trump would give her the same drop-to-knees reaction.

But we can only hope.

Right?

Calling these women liars is rather shameful and I find it interesting rape and sexual assault are ok with most Democrats and most Liberals...as long as it's the opposing party being accused.
