Can Political Film be put out of its misery. There is really no reason to split out a genre of film, especially one that is impossible to define.

It's about nuclear weapons/the arms race. Haven't seen it for years, but the premise is along the lines of a kid vowing to give up something unless nukes go away, or something like that.
