In Vegas this Weekend - Dining Advice needed
I'll be in Vegas for a long weekend with my wife and could use some dining advice. Only caveat is we don't eat fish. We've got ideas/reservations already at a few places but could use some additional lunch and dinner suggestions.
Here's what we've got so far: Friday Dinner: Prime Steakhouse @ Bellagio Saturday Breakfast: Bellagio Buffet Saturday lunch: Pool Bar @ Bellagio Saturday Dinner: Tao @ Venetian w/friends Sunday Brunch: could use a suggestion Sunday Dinner: Need Help Here. Going to the Beatles Love @ 7:00 p.m. but it seems like most good places close at 10 p.m. (or aren't open at all for a late Sunday dinner) Monday Lunch: could use a suggestion Monday Dinner: Need help here also. Flight is at 10 p.m. so it needs to be fairly early...and on the strip is preferred. Any help is greatly appreciated!

Where are you staying?
You already have a steakhouse, but I always suggest Charlie Palmer. I think Prime is overpriced/overrated myself. Might be good for you Monday dinner since it's in the Four Season at Mandalay Bay so you're close to the airport. If you want to hit the Bellagio buffett, I would do that for Sunday brunch rather than Saturday breakfast.

I really like having food at the Olives bar at the Bellagio. I go there every time I'm in Vegas.

If you like Italian food, I can't recommend Piero's highly enough. Got a cool 50's-60's mob lounge vibe going for it. http://www.pieroscuisine.com/
I've had 2 fantastic meals there. Great place to eat.
