Theres pretty much only Intercasino (pontoon), 32red, Littlewoods, Omni, Sands, Cherry, 888 (simple winnings), Casino Euro, Europa (sticky), the AWA casinos (sticky2). I think all the sportingbet ones have gone USA only. There are a bunch a high deposit 10-20% sportsbook/casino reloads as well. Ritz club stinks now. The best promos right now are to do all those microgaming like a sticky. If I think of anymore I'll let you know.

2. anyone know how to remove all traces of the party app from my computer? my GF signed up for a party account a year or 2 ago and it is on my computer. i don't want to get my account locked for signing up multiples from same computer, even though i am at a different address now. i have not had a party account my self for a couple years.
