Cool. I freely admit that I'm a PNW crab snob.

Well, I did ask my friend that if he had to pick the leg flesh from the crab and he was like, no, you eat the whole fucking thing. Mind was blown and I'll be trying it out this weekend. Since they also have great beer selection there I will probably be taking Lyft or Uber.

a soft shell crab is just a crab that has recently molted so its shell is still soft.

Re: Determining the Best Burger

I was finally able to get over to Golden Road Brewing yesterday for dinner and I had to get that soft shell crab burger with ridged sweet potato fries. Man, the burger was the bomb, yo!

Washed this meal down with a pint of their 20/20 IPA and a pint of their Batch 2000 brown ale.

I don't normally go for sweet potato anything, but that whole plate looks delicious.

Sweet potato fries are OK, but I never pick them over regular fries. And I especially don't pay a premium for them.

I do enjoy the overeasy eggs on burgers, but I think it's being overdone.

Are those hot wings at the bottom. How do you eat a burger that stacked? Fork and knife?

I don't see anything close to that on their menu.

It's a "build your own burger" gone crazy, with a side of wings.

Re: Determining the Best Burger

For some reason can't view sides so don't see wings. And that isn't a burger. It's basically a pile of bacon.

Looks like a car accident I saw recently. Body parts mangled, and I couldn't figure out which female and male parts went with the particular torso.

But really, what the fuck is that thing. I've seen art. That isn't it.

Re: Determining the Best Burger

Really, it's just a lot of bacon (and I think some pastrami).

Along the same lines, here's one where you can better see the meat.
