John Travolta's Original Masseur Accuser Lawyers Back Up After Case Dismissal...With Gloria Allred?!

John Travolta's Original Masseur accuser is going back to the mattresses.

A day after John Doe No. 1's sexual assault allegations were dismissed and the accuser given the boot by his attorney, the masseur is back in the legal game, having hired none other than pitbull and media-lover extraordinaire Gloria Allred as his new lawyer.

What does that mean for his case against the beleaguered movie star?

Basically, that he still has one.

"I represent John Doe No. 1," Allred said in a statement today. "Mr. Doe's lawsuit was dismissed without prejudice, which means that he is still legally entitled to file a lawsuit against John Travolta if he chooses."

And while he hasn't yet chosen, he likely will soon.

"We are in the process of conferring with him regarding the next steps, which he may wish to take. Our client and our firm has no further comment at this time."

The original Doe was previously represented by Okorie Okorocha, though the two parted ways quickly after the accuser contradicted and backtracked on his own allegations.

Shortly after the case's dismissal yesterday, Travolta attorney Marty Singer said the star had been "completely vindicated" against the "meritless claims."

John Travolta's former lover has come out with explosive information about his six-year relationship with the Grease star, but regardless, Doug Gotterba says he still feels bad for John's wife, Kelly Preston.

In an exclusive new interview obtained by RadarOnline.com, Doug details their whirlwind romance of exotic trips as the actor's private pilot, visiting John's family, the A-lister's insatiable sexual appetite and how John felt about being married.

"I feel bad for Kelly," Doug said. "She's obviously in the middle of it."

A broken clock is right twice a day and all that. Just because they occasionally get lucky is no reason to ever listen to what they have to say.

Everyone always says things like "everyone knows" like that's actual proof. It's not. It's all hearsay, and since people love juicy gossip, it's taken as gospel fact.

I personally don't give a shit if he is or isn't. It's ridiculous that it's even a story. For me, until he actually comes out, I'm going to assume the married guy with kids is not gay.
