I have grayish tap water

First time i saw the water coming out in a grayish color. I was taking a bath today, i noticed the water was coming out grayish for prob about 10 seconds after i turned on the water. The same happened to when i turned on the faucet. and now, i have clothes with gray spots all over them.

any way to remove the gray spots from my now dalmation-like clothes?

i did flush the water heater a few weeks ago:

Also, i have copper pipes, so, i don't think it can be because of the pipes?

Check with your neighbors. There could be a problem with the city water - sometimes they flush the line and caused build-up to be released, but that should go away after a day at most.

One other possibility is a break in the water line between your house and the city hook-up, in which case the problem should continue and not be one time.
