How do I get rid of butt pimples?

Well, occasionally i'll get butt pimples, and they are a pain in the ass - literally. When I sit down, my ass hurts. the pimples are about 1/4" or so, and they are not puss filled, i think it's called a nodule? I treat them as with face acne and use differin, erythromycin and doxycycline, but they still seem to last weeks (sometimes even over a month). Any suggestions?

it's because of ass sweat

1. wear loose CLEAN undies, made of cotton or a natural fiber
2. use an antibacterial soap and exfoliate the area
3. copious amounts of baby powder or jock itch powder to absorb the sweat during the day
4. MRI
5. dilaudid

maybe 1. was the cause. i was sick a few days ago, and didn't take a bath one day, no change underwear. pimples came up 1-2 days later. i do wear cotton boxers.

MRI?!?!

isn't dilaudid a pain killer?

Wash with Dawn. It's generally too harsh for your face, but it clears up body acne really fast. Also works for your back.

Probably. I never really understood the attraction of strip clubs. They seem like a restaurant where you pay to look at the food but can't eat it. All in all a pretty unsatisfying experience.
