Value City Furniture Commercials -- When You Can't Get Any Other Job

I don't know how big a chain Value City Furniture is, but if you're in the DC area you've probably seen the ads for this company -- dorky white guys dancing dorkily to dorky early '90s dance music. The most recent commercial, which is eye-bleeding bad, isn't on YouTube, but I found one from New Years.

But I have to wonder, how desperate does an actor need to be to do one of these commercials?

I didn't realize that Value City had gone out of business two years ago. The furniture store, for some reason, still lives.
