We ended up going as Oompa Loompas. Turned out to be a huge hit at the party.

I too went as Cobra ...

To all of those of you who did - I have some questions:

1) I bought the leg dagger - but couldn't get the dammn thing to stay in place when you walked around

2) How did you pee? I had to do the ol' roll the pant leg up thing

Re: The 2009 Halloween Costume, Party & Plans Thread

I ended up just wearing a black dress belt and putting the dagger on that, it worked a lot better. I had the same problem, my thighs weren't big enough for the way the velcro was working.

Peeing was quite the circus act.....I wore jeans underneath to make the costume fill out more, so I had to go through the top part.....quite annoying....and I actually made a small slit on the left side so I had access to my pocket for my phone, keys, wallet.

1) I'm going to try to find some elastic and sew it onto the straps (and shorten the straps a bit while I'm at it) so that it will hold once it is around my leg - no matter if it works it's way down a bit from walking.

2) I also think I will modify the belt.. I want something that will go all the way around.

3) I may find someone to help me modify the "fly" (I can only do basic sewing)

When I first saw this pic I figured it was a Lesbian couple dressed up for Halloween.
