Well, maybe God just likes to watch idiots do stupid stuff. He probably laughs his ass right off His Heavenly Throne at this sort of thing. When the idiots show up at the pearly gates, he might meet them with a big guffaw and a slap on the back, saying, "I can't believe you did that! Dude!"

After laughing Himself to tears, he tells the guy he can't stay in Heaven, because, technically, snorting fire is suicide, and kicks him over the edge into Hell, getting another good laugh at the look on the idiot's face.
