Weight-loss before and after pics.

I love those pics and I find it motivational. Saw a couple of awesome ones on the Biggest Loser thread (

cungar) but I thought it´d be awesome to have a thread with just pics.

I´ll post a before one within the week once I get settled back in Vegas.

thanks, i was a little over 2 bills, in the first pic, i think i was around 180-190ish.

btw, the jacket is a 36S, and it was still too big.

Deb, I'm looking forward to the before pic. My question is, for the after pic... what will that be after exactly?

Did you join a gym? What's the game plan? I feel like we saw a before pic like 5 years ago, so I'm hoping there is a method to this madness.

I did it mainly for the little critter in the lower left of the before picture.

Believe me, when I take my shirt off it doesn't look like that. He must spend a lot of time in the gym when he's not abusing his ex-wife. Actually we're about the same age and I had the same combed to the side part as him when I was a kid

So far 71 lbs since October 2008. I was 285 on the left. I want to get down to 185 by the end of the year. I actually didn't have the guts to look at my own pictures when I was that big so when I dug that one out, I was amazed how big I was.
