Can't get any fresher than this. 1:02p PST 7/2.

I just came back from Venezuela and ate whatever I wanted. Tequenos (real cheeseticks), Pasticho (real lasagna), Frescolita (don't have a U.S. equivalent... think drink loaded with sugar), etc. etc. Just weighed myself and I'm at the exact same weight than when I left a month ago, 215lbs. Walked a lot and the house there has three levels... the bedrooms (including the one I slept in, the only one with air conditioning) are on one floor, the house phone with the Venezuelan line were on another floor, and the Magicjack which allowed us to talk to everyone in the U.S. was on another floor, so we went up and down stairs A LOT, and also walked a lot.

Start the gym today Friday. The BodyBugg WILL be mine!

Very odd that you have a photo in which you appear to be a random person in the background. Normally those can be found on stranger's cameras, not your own!

Yep, that's pretty much how I lost 70 lbs. 45 minutes a day on the elliptical 6-7 days a week for 9 months. Cut out snacking on crap and make sure I find something to do rather than sit around the house during my problem times (after work and after dinner and all day on Saturday and Sunday). If I sit around the house, I will eat. So I have to make a consious effort to fill those times with activities whether that means the gym, walking or taking my daughter to the park.
