Other is "other topics." I don't see why there's a need for half the stupid threads that get posted here, but that's the way of the world in user generated content. If you don't like a topic personally, don't click.

In any case, none of that changes the fact that somebody posting a bunch of Kristen Bell or Salma Hayek or other non-nude pictures isn't going to make the site get blocked at work, at least not any more than half of the dvd reviews splashed across the top of the site. Those have been a constant complaint for years, but nothing has really been done.

This board has one of the best movie forums on the Internet. I love the content there. Screw the otter forum. Yeah, it's "fun" here, but the real stuff, the stuff that I really come here for, and the vast majority of people here, don't give two shits about the Other board.

Girls in bikinis != porn. Quit conflating the two. The SI swimsuit calendar isn't porn, can be found in freaking doctor office lobbies, but would be unacceptable under current rules.

The site handled non-porn postings for years, in very popular and safe for work threads.
