Michael Jackson to hospital in cardiac arrest (Dead)

http://www.tmz.com/

We've just learned Michael Jackson was taken by ambulance to a hospital in Los Angeles ... and we're told it was cardiac arrest and that paramedics administered CPR in the ambulance.

He was picked up at his home around 20 minutes ago -- we're told his mother is on the way to visit him.

UPDATE: The 911 call came in at 12:21PM at his Holmby Hills home in L.A.

Re: Michael Jackson to hospital in cardiac arrest

I guess the London shows aren't selling as well as he had hoped.

I heard somewhere it may be a suicide attempt - by overdose of pills...

I blame the facial surgery... and God knows what else he's been up to.

This is really, really weird. I just watched '"Louis Theroux's Louis Tries To Meet Michael Jackson" just earlier today online.

Just weird. I never listen or watch anything having to do with him, and just happened to come across that program totally randomly and figured what the heck, I'll give this a watch.

I love his music, but I'm not a huge fan that listens to his music and watches stuff about him every day.

Anyway...uh oh.

UPDATE: A Jackson family member tells TMZ Michael is in "really bad shape" and the brothers are headed to UCLA.

UPDATE: We just got off the phone with Joe Jackson, Michael's dad, who says "he is not doing well."

Re: Michael Jackson to hospital in cardiac arrest

In what appears to be an apparent suicide, musician Michael Jackson was pronounced dead as a result of cardiac arrest after consuming more than two-dozen sleeping pills.

Complete details are not yet available, as this story is still developing. http://michael.jackson.swellserver.c...n-overdose.php

Re: Michael Jackson to hospital in cardiac arrest

I've heard that he's dead, but it has been officially announced - yet.

Sadly, his death will probably put Farrah's in the background now...

Rough day for celebs... As disturbing of an individual as MJ is, I think the world would be a far less interesting place without him.

I was going to post that a subsequent news story was that thousands of underage boys would be able to sleep peacefully tonight, but Scorcho lowered the bar further than I'm willing to go.
