The neighborhood he was in is not particularly dangerous. Maybe 20 years ago, but today it's been thoroughly gentrified, yuppified, filled with hipsters, and otherwise tamed.

I will admit I'm fairly disappointed with how unspecific it is, seeing as how the GPS on it is extremely accurate. I would have though I'd be able to see what end of the block it's on at least.
