Victor Munoz, the latest rep for octuplets mom Nadya Suleman, has told Usmagazine.com that he's resigned. And while no one's exactly accused Suleman of good judgment lately, she can probably do better than a publicist who offers up these choice quotes along with news of his resignation: "It's pretty much a free-for-all over there right now. They are freaking out ... Nadya got real greedy. This woman is nuts." Munoz is the second publicist to leave the octo-nest; an earlier rep quit after her firm received a slew of hate mail.

It's listed by Mike Patel of Prudential Realty in Anaheim Hills in the O.C. We're told the deal was just inked and it will close on Friday. Sources also say the "substantial down payment" came from money that OctoMom has been scoring over the last few weeks. As one source put it, "the money has been coming from all over the place."

We're told Octo will either move in over the weekend or early next week.

I wonder if they are going to pay for the money they owe on their existing (mothers) house?

Hasn't been posted here yet, but she's turned around and accepted the offer from Gloria Allred-represented charity Angels in waiting, who will provide around the clock care for her children, at least initially. If you remember, she initially refused on the grounds that they would've made her move to their facility and they stipulated that she could not have a reality show... I guess she gave up on the second one and the new house is a good enough place for them to give in-home care.

Estimated cost for the charity: 135,000 a month. At least it's not the taxpayer's burden, but I'm not sure how I'd feel if I were a major contributor to Angels in Waiting. I mean, I want her kids to be taken care of, but I'm not convinced that keeping them in her care is the best thing for them (which is an odd thing to say, considering she's their mother).

Do you really think she's going to stop receiving government assistance? Heck no.. She'll just take the help from donations and still make out on the taxpayers dime from here on out. Her plan worked perfectly. Irresponsibility worked out extremely well for her.

I would think whatever money she made (enough to put the downpayment on the house, I guess) plus the house, plus the free aid, would be enough to get her off of the foodstamps program for now. Admittedly, I have no idea how that works, though.

Reading that story, it seems that her father has bought her the new house. She is probably trying to push all income her parents way, so she can show that she has no income and hence can get all of the government assistance she wants.

Maybe that's an ignorant view by me, but we shall see.

You would think being able to afford an Escalade, gold chains and tattoos would get people off of welfare, but I see them at the grocery store each week using food stamps. Some people believe the World owes them a living and they don't care who has to foot the bill. Octopussy will never have the time to finish school and get that councelling job that pays in thousand dollar bills. Some of her newest brood will not make it. They have already gone on longer than other octoplets. I'm sure the shock of losing one of them will make her want to pop out a few more. She's on the dole for the rest of her life, and we're the suckers supporting her.
