Not sure, but can I just say how much I have loved having a Vonage phone for the past 4 years? No annoying calls ever.

Let them know that if you get one more call, you're switching your vote to the other guy.

I would but they are all pre recorded speeches. There are no real people on the other end of the line, much like the case in real political offices.

This is what you get for having a vote in a state that matters.

Don't all votes in all states matter?

I live in VA and haven't been called by any candidates. I do only have a cell though and no land line. Still, I expected something.

It really annoys me that with the "opt out" call thing, political calls were exempted. Freaking politicians.

I get calls from the Democrats reminding me that I do not have to show id at the polls, and pointing me to the latest obituary page in the local paper.

I get calls from the Republicans too: alternating between the election date being moved to Wednesday to my polling place being moved across town.

You are in Utah. They don't care if 100% of Democrats vote there.

I've gotten plenty of election junk mail, but no phone calls. I'm feeling lonely and unloved by my politicians.

There's not a chance in hell that Obama won't carry NY - so I haven't had a single political call.

I've had about 5 calls in the last two days to my cell (the last was about 5 minutes ago).

Annoying.

I've been getting live calls from Democrats. Do they really think they have a prayer with a registered Republican?

Yes? Why is this even a question? Have you seen any polls? Or watched prominent Republican after prominent Republican endorse Obama?

Yes.

The Democrats have so many volunteers this year they can call everyone in the country. Chris Matthews (I think) quoted some number where one in seven Montanans are volunteering for Obama.

Yes, they do. I posted this in another thread, but a co-worker of mine who is a staunch Republican is voting for Obama, not only that, but both him and his wife have donated $500 each to the Obama campaign. I think i've seen at least one Rep. on here say they're voting for Obama as well. and besides, Obama has so much money it's flowing from every nook and cranny.

you know, if they call from the same #, you can always save the number and set it to "No Ring". That's what i did when a collector called insisting i owed money, even though they didn't even get my name right.
