Page 31 for me. You probably have different settings for viewing threads.

In the time it took you to post that, you could have changed the page view setting and the free DVD every month setting.

Infidel, just missed a week due to a business trip but the Rawr rabbit and urinating behind the stones are now part of folklore. People will sing about Drinkman in the hills now. Thank you.

I don't know how much longer I'm going to be able to draw these like this.
I got tired of all the browsing problems the last virus I caught was causing me, and when I found recently that another effect of the virus was its preventing me from going to any Windows Update links, to hopefully just simply reinstall IE7, I realized it was finally time to wipe the entire hard drive and just reinstall the whole damn operating system. I've had this computer for six years now, and quite frankly, with everything I've downloaded over all that time, I'm surprised it's lasted this long. So, I backed up all the remaining files I've been doing a little bit at a time over the last few weeks, and started it up. It went well, and I'm slowly getting updates and getting things back to working order, including some little things that have been not working right for some time now, even before the virus. But, an apparent effect of the reinstall is my laser mouse seems to be working a little...better, shall we say? Before, I had described it as "stuttery", but now it seems to be working a little too well. I started making the strip you see above, and I found that I couldn't make a head shape to save my life. It either looked totally like shit, or it ended up looking like a stop sign. The damn mouse is making straight lines too damn easily, and I can't freehand a circle now. That's why you'll notice the heads on the characters are perfectly circular, because I had to use the circle maker in Paint. So, I'm not sure what I'm going to do. I still have to try and reinstall my scanner, and if it works now, I may consider actually drawing the strips by hand, as was suggested before. Or, I may look into the easel thing that someone mentioned on the last page. Although, I could just see about getting a new mouse.

A mouse with adjustable Resolution might be what you need, 2000dpi for playing around, 800dpi for drawing.

I didn't know those could be adjusted. Thanks for the tip!

It didn't do any good. For some reason, the mouse is just not letting me make anything even closely resembling a circle by freehand. Every time I try to go around in a curve, it goes in a straight line.

Here's some of the "circles" I've been trying to make. As you can see, every time I drag the mouse in an either up-down or left-right direction, it wants to go straight.

That, of course, is Steve opening the Lost Six-Pack of the Convenant.

I could be dirty, I noticed with my laser mouse (A logitech G5) a little hair in the pickup window will cause this problem. A Q-tip fixes it right up.

Nifty may be right...
BTW, what kind of mouse do you have, Infidel? |
