My boss just quit

now what? Crap, I mean, I hated some of things she did, but overall we could work together. Now I don't know what to expect.

I have changed positions and changed bosses, but, I have never just had one up and quit with one weeks notice

and no, I don't want her job and I feel I might get asked to step up,

Come to work with me. No raise, but I'll tell you how great you are.

yep, I have no life. I just hang out here and post on the internet. If I actually had something to go do on this cold rainy afternoon, I might, but I don't

Crap, and sleeping with her won't even lead to a nice lawsuit settlement.

That would make me vomit

but the female boss I had about 3 to 5 years ago, I would have hit that into next year, but I didn't think my wife would go along with it.

It's about the money. You've seen Norbitt, right?

A golden opportunity to move up just landed in your lap and you're complaining?

That's a current pic of the girl you would have hit into next year? Your last boss must have been really bad.

ok, you can have the job, enjoy the longer expected working hours. I really don't want/need the extra pay.

They need your leadership though. Take one for the team and move up!

Don't do it. No amount of money can buy you happiness if you're chained to a desk and hating it. There may be a good reason your boss quit.
