Yayt
Yet another yard thread....
This is really nasty. I was watering my front yard today and I noticed movement in the grass. I figured it was just ants or some other sort of bug. Then I saw little white things. Turns out it was some sort of ant-like bug and they were either hauling up larva of their own or had raided someone else’s. Either way, it was really icky. I did the typical human thing and sprayed them until they were the fuck out of my yard. Ok, so what the fuck is this shit and how do I make it go away? *shudder* I do not like bugs living in my grass nor do I like bug eggs/larva hanging around either. Bring on the bug sprays, fuck the environment.

You know, you may have actually hit on something. Maybe something took a dump in my yard and they had worms or some sort? Either way, again, ewww.....

Keep spraying. Get Ortho Home Depense and spray the yard.

Trade ya....we have ants in our house...first on the sink, then near the microwave, now on the fridge.
Anyway, we used Eliminator powder to get rid of ants at my folks' lakehouse, and that wiped them out quick. Try that. |

That would be my guess too. Get some GrubEx, it's in the fertilizer section at the store. You can get it at Home Depot, Lowes, etc.

Vile forms of Necros lie rotting my mind Feasting like maggots - maggots in flesh So left your ruined cortex behind Now the maggot knows glee as it nibbles on your spine! (chorus Maggots! Maggots! Maggots are falling like rain! Putrid pus-pools vomit blubonic plague The bowels of the beast reek of puke How to describe such vileness on the page World maggot waits for the end of the age! If you have been having a lot of rain, it could be ants getting their babies to higher ground. I have seen that a lot, when the nest gets flooded, they get very busy.
If so, you have nothing to worry about. You drowned the buggers. |

Fuck it. I'm going to napalm the yard.
![]() Ok, off to Home Depot to see what sort of goodies I can get to kill off the little buggers. Thanks, everyone.

Moles are a natural predator of these things.
Go get a box of moles and release them into the yard.
