Never watched it either. I can stand watching parades on TV. I would rather listen to a track meet on the radio.

My favorite memory of the parade was when I took my sister one year. After the parade, as we were walking back to my car Angie Dickenson stopped in front of me and asked for help locating her car. The valets parked the celeb's cars in various sites along the parade route and she didn't remember which parking lot was hers. We walked together for five blocks until I spotted it. She thanked me and I never saw her again.
