Phlebotomist?

So this is a person who collects blood. But in Men at Work with Charlie Sheen and Emilio Estavez, they say it's someone who measures and interprets bumps on someone's head. Or am I thinking of a different word?

I was able to find this:

Wikipedia says it's someone who draws blood.

Since the average is Emilio Estevez movie is a more trustworthy source of information, I would go with Men at Work and says it has something to do with headbumps.

PHRENOLOGY

A phlebotomist, or a phrenologist? Because I hear phrenologists give great head.

You guys are totally sick.

A phlebotomist. Irish, to be exact, with flaming red hair and that paper-white freckled skin redheads always seem to have.

Sounds like they were using themselves for practice a little too often.

Never trust a phlebotomist. 9 out of 10 times it's just a day job for vampires.
